NASKALB

 TOP > Products > NASKALB

●Specification
Penetrating lubricants in the past had not worked for a use of long period and do not work as extreme-pressure lubrication. NASKALUB is able to give smooth lubricity and excellent extreme pressure property due to special monolayer permeability made by electric ion generated by metal contact wear. the effect is able to last semipermanentlly, this film will keep extreme-pressure and libricity for some period to prevent initial wear, seizure, gritting, wear and damage, moreover gives smooth moving and prolong life of machineries and parts.
●Main uses
General industrial machineries such as machine tools, tools, textile machineries, chemical machineries, food industries, presses, agricultural machines and implements, book binding machineries, printing machineries, paper production machineries, medical appliances, valves, cosks, air conditioner, woodworking machines, convayers, hoists, multistory parking garages, aeroplanes, machineries for railroads and vessels, industrial vehicles, general vehicles and other transportation machines

Metal products such as molds, springs, architectures, metal fittings, gears, chains and wires
Sporting goods such as fishing equipments, hunting guns, ski and skate
house hold appliances such as audio equipments, sewing machines, knitting machines and ventilatuing-fan
●Evaluation of experimental effect
1)High effect in extreme-pressure lubrication
2)Wear, heating up and seizure are prevented.
3)Excellent in smoothness of lubrication according to wear doefficient0.07(normally0.30)
4)Strong in frictional heat at external lubrication part
5)Strong against chemicals and contamination
6)Once film was formed, prolonged effect of NASKALB will continue longer even if water or chemicals were splashed to the things.
7)Excellent at rust and corrosion-resistance
8)is able to form exceedingly strong films against where high temperature

■Movement of wear coefficient by experiment of Falex(calculated from each load )
